Return or replacement of products

The return of products is accepted after telephone communication and inside 60 days from the date of shipment of the product and as long as the product has not been used, is in its original packaging and has its accompanying tag. The return parcel of the product should be packed so that no damage is caused to the product or its packaging during shipping.

The costs of transport for the shipment, return and replacement of the product are borne by our company, chicandsimple.gr.
