Return or replacement of products

The return of products is accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment of the product and if the product has not been used, it is in its original packaging and has its accompanying card. The return package of the product should be packed in such a way that the product or its packaging will not be damaged during shipment.

In order for the return of shoes to be accepted, there must be no labels and packing tapes on the pair's box (not in the shipping package from the transport company but in the brand packaging). Also, the product boxes should not be damaged.
