Return Policy

Return or replacement of products

Product returns are accepted after telephone contact and within 60 days from the date of shipment of the product and provided that the product has not been used, is in its original packaging and bears its accompanying tag. The product return package must be packaged in such a way that no damage is caused to the product or its packaging during shipment.

The return of arche shoes is accepted after telephone contact and within 10 days. The product should not have any labels or packaging tape attached to the pair's box (not in the shipping package from the shipping company but in the brand's packaging). Also, the product boxes should not have suffered any damage.

Cost

The shipping costs for shipping, returning and replacing the product are borne by our company, chicandsimple.gr.
